 CORE MEMBERSHIP  

So, I logged into DevArt yesterday to just check and see if there's any request for commissions and here I am seeing this weird "Core" label beside my name. It took a while to only realise I was actually gifted a 3 months Core Membership by as a birthday gift! Thank you so much, I will do my best and enjoy this status for as long as it lasts!

Christmas is coming in days and I finally have the time to just sit down and update this journal, which I've been neglecting. I've moved to a new animation studio in July, and with a better time management I'm able to have more time for myself after work just doing commissions, playing games, spending time with my family and just catching up with my Murakami reading (1Q84 and The Colourless Tsukuru Tazaki have been waiting for ages on that shelf I swear).

Went on my first overseas trip to Perth over in November for a week and I am in love with that place! The kind people, the clean environment, the accessible food that is also cheap and better in quality just makes me feel like migrating to that country. I have 600+ photos to sort out but once I've filtered them all I'll be posting my favourite photos on DevArt. Some of them are already posted on my FB but yeah

Currently I'm opening 5 slots only as I'm working on weekdays, hence I can only deliver on weekends. I'm also currently participating in Race of Dream 2 which can be found here:  RACE OF DREAMS II - Round 2 END [Message: 8/25] GREAT Work guys! I was worried there for a bit about the lack of entries before the deadline but I'll be going through them this week. Take some time to make any edits you want before round 3 begins! I'll have the journal out by this weekend.
And I'm so sorry for all the delays and lack of replies lately (especially last week). My boyfriend and I just adopted a Husky puppy so we're trying to get a schedule down. And we have to take him out about every 20 minutes to pee -__-'  
As far as deadlines go: Relax guys,  I know I should be, but I'm not going to be such a stickler. I know I've got a lot going on so I can only imagine how much you all do. Just get it in sometime that day or that weekend and you'll be good.
The Story
Disney Castle to celebrate the trails of the heroes. In the midst of the frivolity one member of the party sees what they think is a shooting star. The party gathers to the windows to see what is actually a  So my weekends are pretty much spent indoors being an introvert and drawing my heart out

I'll be honest, I've totally forgotten about DevArt until 4 weeks ago when I finally have some time on my hand to explore the Internet again. While I did I didn't really focus on digital art, more like I'm just scribbling and doodling on my notebook just hoping I don't forget about drawing. 

Thanks to my friend I had some intensive and gruesome digital drawing lessons. And also my friend's initiative to do a Weekly Art Challenge has kinda got me to be constantly in the artistic groove, which is good Hopefully by this way, I can still produce more art and improve my art better! I hope this makes a better reason to still stick around. 

Also, for the arts that I have neglected, I think I'll just stick them here so I'll get my lazy bum to work on it *shame on me*

It's nearly a year I updated my journal. So many fun rides I've been through. *sighs* Clear the dust off my shoulders, tilt my head up high and throw away the sorrows and sadness and I'm ready to take opportunities 2013 has prepared for me.

I've officially graduated with a Bachelors and this time I'm going to the industry for sure. No more education, no more relying on parents funds and I'm getting my own money. No more being the little snotty girl who relies on parental network so much and instead, create my own network and socialise with people more.

That said, I'm jobless and I'm desperate to find a job argh!
