An old work dated around July-August 2011, this was an OC I made for a manga competition called "Taking Utopia" last year. Somehow I wasn't able to compete proudly due to my over confidence in my time management, and was defeated without question on my first round.
My character is heavily influenced by Norse Mythology, being the Prince of the Kingdom of Light Elves who has the ability to create Ice out of thin air.
